SHIPPING POLICY
We have a 1-2 day processing time. Orders will be shipped to the customer's preferred shipping address within 3-10 business days after the order has been successfully processed. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If there is an issue with your received order, you must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your items. Customers should provide a clear detailed description and photo of the discrepancy in the email. We will properly inspect and make any adjustments we deem necessary. The products MUST be unworn, in its original state and packaging.
CHECKOUT
We ask that all card information be PRESENT & ACCURATE at the time of checkout. We ask that billing & shipping addresses are VALID and match at the time of checkout to avoid your order from being flagged. In the event that your billing & shipping doesn't match, we will NOT fulfill your orders (funds may still show as pending on your bank statement), we will try to immediately reach out to you for additional information. This is just to protect our company from any possible fraud or scams. If you are unable to provide us with the proper information with 24 hours, your order will be cancelled. Again, funds will be refunded. Funds can take up to 7- 10 business days to appear back to your card.
