You are responsible for reading the following policy when booking your appointment.

By booking your appointment you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.

Once your appointment is confirmed and deposit is paid, a confirmation email will be sent stating address and other appointment info.

PLEASE WEAR A MASK

 

* DEPOSITS: All appointments require a $20 deposit when booking a Hair and $10 for make up services.

* Are NONREFUNDABLE! ( please book the correct date & time)

* If the wrong service is booked. Reschedule or contact us.

* LATE FEE : A 10 minutes grace period is granted, after 10-15 minutes. A $10 fee will be added, and after 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

* CANCELLATIONS : If you wish to cancel, please contact us MORE THAN 24 HOURS before your appointment date, The deposit will be credited to your next appointment! All cancellations made LESS than 24 hours will NOT be credited towards your next appointment!

  • In the event that there is a NO CALL NO SHOW, YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED HALF THE SERVICE FEE!

NOTE: Please be sure to have your remaining balance in cash upon arrival to appointment no Cash app or Zella will be accepted

No Extra Guests

 

• Hair and bundles must be washed! If not, you’ll be charged an additional $25 for a wash.

 

• All frontals, closures, and full lace wig must be dropped off 3 days prior to your appointment. Drop off days Mon - Sat .
